Tuition: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Tuition is typically paid over 10 monthly installments. Special arrangements may be made at the discretion of the Treasurer for other monthly plans. The first installment is due September 1st and the final installment is June 1st.
We do offer an alternative ONE-TIME PAYMENT, which is due on or before the first week of school. This offers a ten percent discount off the family’s annual tuition. Please advise the office which plan best suits your financial needs.
We do offer a multiple student discount for three or more children, a military discount (active or inactive duty with military ID card), and a pastoral discount.
You are only eligible to receive ONE DISCOUNT PER FAMILY. If you use one of these family discounts, the 10% early pay discount will not be able to be applied.
Registration cost is $50.00 student. Registration fees are due at the time of application. Should application be denied, this fee will be refunded. If student is accepted for enrollment at GLCS, the registration is NON-REFUNDABLE. This fee will also secure a position in the classroom and will be deducted from the remainder of the first month’s tuition.

Any family whose account is one month past due by any given grading period, may be asked to withdraw from GLCS, unless special arrangements are made. Report Cards will be retained at the end of each semester when the account is delinquent. If there is a problem making tuition payments, please contact the school office to make arrangements. COMMUNICATION is the key!
Since GLCS operates entirely on tuition and gifts, it is imperative that tuition be received on time.
