Grand Lake Christian School will admit students of any race, color, national or ethnic orgin.

The purpose of Grand Lake Christian School shall be to operate a school, training students in accordance with these fundamental goals of education: Development of character and self-discipline, development of God-given talents and abilities, citizenship and health. Command of fundamental process, worthy use of leisure time, and worthy family knowledge of God and his authorship of all things. The Holy Scriptures shall be taught so that the student may know God as he has revealed himself in Christ and know that all scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction and instruction in righteousness.

ll Timothy 3:16 As the child thus learns the true purpose of his life in being rightly related to God, he will be enabled to adjust properly to his society and to the world.

Grand Lake Christian School espouses the historic Christian view of life as presented in the Bible. Realizing that our children are the greatest treasures we have on the earth and God’s priceless gift to us. We endeavor to bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

Ephesians 6:4 We believe that God’s purpose in the creation of man was to glorify him. However, man is a sinner by nature and through Adam and by his own nature and cannot in this state glorify God. In order to attain this end, man’s nature and desires must be changed by a personal acceptance of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

The educational process must present God as the foundation of all truth and all knowledge. And must be interpreted in the light of his word. The educational process must seek to relate the whole person to God-spiritually, mentally, socially and physically.
